News

May 21, 2003 - I should've told you guys about this awhile ago, but better late than never right? Anywho, Johnny has been working on a new TV show called Fast Max. I don't know when the thing will air, but I do know that it has an official site that has A LOT of interesting information. It should be cool to see if it's going to come out with airdates or not. The link to the Fast Max Official Site will be posted on the Related Links page.

March 14, 2003 - Remember that anime Johnny did a voice-over in? Trigun? (Actually, he was the main character, Vash the Stampede) Well, it's going to begin airing on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block near the end of the month. The first airdate is March 31st @ 12:00 am (times are Eastern, check local listings for details). The first episode (1 out of 26) will be "$$60,000,000,000 Man." Check the Adult Swim website for even more details.

July 20, 2002 - Check out prusher.com for trailers of a new TV show that Johnny's starring in called Fast Max.

April 21, 2002 - Johnny will be appearing as a Guest of Honor at the Sakura Con convention in Seattle, Washington. The convention will take place from April 26 to the 28th. I'm not sure if Johnny's going to be there for the whole thing, but he should be. For more information about the convention, click here.

March 12, 2002 - Extreme Heist is released. I don't know why it took them this long to release it. They filmed it back in 1998, but they released it now. *shrugs.* Don't ask. The DVD costs $24.95 and the VHS cost $89.95, so I advise getting the DVD if you can! Why the VHS version costs so much more, I don't know. I'll have to somehow ask him one day.

My Rantings

August 6, 2002 - New rant!! Finally!! LOL. Okay, I have recently discovered why the VHS version of Extreme Heist costs US$90. You see, the movie is not "priced to own" for VHS yet. I'm not sure I completely understand the meaning of that, but that's what I was told. There is one good thing though. You can find the VHS version at Half.com for under US$10!! Wow, what a deal. Though, there are some sellers trying to sell it for like 70, but they'll never get it unless they change the price. *grins.*

March 27, 2002 - Okay, here's a rant. Extreme Heist was formerly called Wicked Game and for the longest time, I was looking for it under the latter. All I ever came up with was Chris Isaak. *laughs.* Then one day, I stumble upon this movie called Extreme Heist. As it turns out, they had changed the title of the movie and never told anyone. How crazy is that? I felt really dumb too. You would think that someone with a 146 IQ would figure out that the title of the movie is changed. *shakes head in embarassment.*
Also, why in the world is the VHS version of Extreme Heist $90? If anyone has an answer or a suggestion as to why, please let me know. I'm kinda stuck in the dark on this one.

Be sure to let me know what you hear and I'll put it up to help inform other Johnny Bosch fans like ourselves!
